About the Day: Autumn is a beautiful time to get out and hike! So dust off your gear and let's go hiking. This is a great opportunity to learn about the Squam Ranger program, meet other folks interested in hiking, and enjoy a day out on the trail. This hike starts at the Brooks Fisher Trail trailhead located off of Perch Pond Road and is roughly 6 miles roundtrip. We will wind our way up the switchbacks to the Crawford Ridgepole Trail where we will then hike on to Mt. Livermore. After soaking up the views and enjoying lunch we will retrace our steps back to the trailhead. Timing is hard to predict since it depends on the hikers so we may end a bit earlier or go later. Folks are welcome to hike at there own pace as this is not intended to be a guided hike.
Since hikes are weather dependent, we will contact those who have signed up if any changes to plans arise.
What to Bring: Hikers should bring appropriate clothing, water, and food.
