Join the Squam Lakes Association on Friday, June 20th for the second excursion as a part of the Adventure Ecology trip series. This trip will be lead by conservation intern Field Martin and will include a hike through the forest to learn about lichen in the Squam Lakes ecosystem. Participants will learn how to identify lichen as well as the structure and the importance of it as an environmental indicator.
Participants should bring a bag lunch.
