There are so many ways to enjoy the Squam Lakes Watershed!

The Squam Lakes Association hosts many exciting events, volunteer opportunities, and speaker series throughout the year! Led by staff and/or local experts, we encourage members and non-members to join us. Registration is often requested, as some events have limited space.     Explore lake and river ecology, collect water samples, and identify different macro-invertebrates found in our NH lakes and streams from 10-12 PM!

    Join us at the SLA to kick-off the summer! Come learn about the conservation, recreation, and educational work the SLA does in the Squam Watershed. There will be kayaking & canoeing, fun games & activities, open rock climbing wall, and make your own s'mores! This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone who wants to learn more about the SLA and for families interested in our summer camps to meet the counselors.
